Under-19’s defeat Volos 3-1
Giorgos Doumtsis stole the show with a hat-trick as PAOK Under-19’s came away from Volos with a 3-1 win on Super League Matchday 8
Following the win over Bohemian FC in mid-week which took the Under-19’s through to the second round of the UEFA Youth League, Pablo Garcia and Miroslav Schnauzner’s side defeated Volos to maintain their undefeated start to the season.
Doumtsis was without a doubt the key player for PAOK, scoring after 21, 54 and 82 minutes to lead the team to victory. Volos pulled a goal back late on from the penalty spot.
The win saw PAOK move on to 20 points from eight games played so far, and they occupy second place in the standings behind leaders Panathinaikos who have 22 points.
