The squad for Aris
The end of the regular season is approaching, but before the Play Offs begin there are still two important games for PAOK to negotiate which will have significance in determining how many points the club will have on the board when the time comes. And the first one is against Aris.
The PAOK squad completed their preparations for the match with a final training session at the Toumba, where on Sunday (07.03) at 19:30 they will host their penultimate match of the Super League Interwetten’s regular season.
The first part of the session was focused on energizing the players and featured a series of running exercises, drills on reactions and reflexes, as well as rondo. Afterwards there was a tactics lesson from the coaching team with the focus on defensive situations, as well as work on set pieces, while the final part saw the players split into three groups for a mini tournament.
Douglas Augusto continued to train individually, as did Enea Mihaj, who worked on muscle strengthening in the gym in Nea Mesimvria. That duo are the only absentees for PAOK.
At the end of the training session the coaching team announced the following squad:
