Recovery work in the gym and on the training pitches
The day after PAOK’s friendly win over Heraclesd Almelo, the players spent time in the gym and on the training pitches to work mainly on fitness and recovery.
Those who played against the Dutch team first went out on the practice pitches for some running, before then moving to the gym to do exercises with weights and rubber bands. The other players trained normally on the training pitches.
Ingi Ingason came out onto the practice pitches for the first time after recovering from his injury and is now in the next stage of his recovery. Douglas Augusto continued his personal recovery training program.
On Friday (23.07) the squad will train twice at 11:00 and 19:00.
