Orfanos’ and Bika’s team started the scoring early with Stylos finding the net three times before the 20th minute was up. In the 10th minute he converted an assist from Tsitsilas to make it 1-0, at four minutes later Kosteas produced a nice piece of individual play to set him up from inside the penalty area. And in the 20th minute again with an assist from Tsitsilas, Stylos made it 3-0 to the visitors. PAOK went into the dressing rooms four goals to the good after Vassili scored in the 45th minute, after a pass from Eleftheriadis.

The pattern of play was a similar story in the second half with the visitors dropping the pace a bit. The hosts reduced the deficit in the 75th minute, but two minutes later Theofilos scored his team’s fifth goal, stealing the ball and placing it nicely past the opposition ‘keeper. In the 82nd minute, Theofilos also provided an assist to make it 6-1 with a nice finish by Tsifoutis, while in the 87th, Theofilos again came out on the counter and made the final score 7-1.
