Under-17’s claim the points against Asteras
PAOK’s U-17 side came away with another win in the Super League, beating Asteras AKTOR 1-0 in Tripoli on Saturday (27.09) on Matchday 5. While the scoreline may have not reflected the full picture of the game, PAOK came away with another important three-point haul.
PAOK went in front in the eighth minute with a goal by Vlachos, who, after a cross from Psyroukis, took advantage of the initial clearance of the ball by the opposing goalkeeper, sending the ball into the net on the rebound.
Although PAOK created a host of good chances to extend their winning margin, they failed to find the net again, with the 1-0 scoreline remaining intact until the end.
The next game is an away match against Olympiacos on 04.10.
