PAOK B dominated the first half, controlling possession and circulating the ball effectively. They managed to take the lead early on, in the 13th minute, with a sleek side-footed finish by Gitersos, after Balde’s assist. Shortly afterwards, they could have doubled their advantage, but Adam could not force the ball into the net from Kosidis’ cross.

In the second half, Makedonikos pressed, as was expected, but PAOK defended well, and therefore they were not threatened in any way. On two occasions when the visitors created chances, they found Kottas , who reacted exactly as the needed to, in good form. PAOK showed patience, passing the ball around well, and creating several chances, but they were off target in their final goal attempts.

That was until the 84th minute, when Ikobong, in his first appearance, passed impressivley to Mustma, who did not hesitate for a moment to make it 2-0. And in the 90th minute, with excellent individual piece of play and a wonderful shot, Kalogiros made the final 3-0 scoreline with his first professional goal.

The next game for PAOK is an away game against Kampaniakos next Saturday.
