Three wins, two draws and one defeat. December had its good and bad moments, with the team staying within striking distance of the top of the league, qualifying for the knockout stages of the Greek Cup and close to qualifying for the next phase in Europe. The first candidate is «Grandpa» Taison. The Brazilian continues to go against… science, showing every week that he is in incredible condition. His non-stop running and attacking play have become pivotal. In December, he scored a wonderful goal against Aris, handed out three assists, and no one managed to stop him.
The baton is taken next by Giannis Konstantelias . He returned from injury and stepped on the gas, offering some magical moments. He tormented opposing defenses, showed impeccable tactical awareness, scored three wonderful goals, produced one assist and was a joy to watch in general.
The trio is completed by captain Andrija Zivkovic . Unwavering passion, endless work on the pitch, a leadership presence, and of course substance with three assists and excellent performances in all areas of the pitch.
