PAOK B defeat Kampaniakos 3-0
PAOK B enjoyed a comfortable afternoon as they returned to winning ways with a 3-0 success over Kampaniakos, in the match of the 4th round of the Super League 2 play-outs. PAOK’s second string are now on 21 points at the top and four ahead of their nearest rivals. In the next round of the competition they face Makedonikos away.
PAOK B did not face any difficulties, as they showed from the very beginning that they could control the game. In fact, in the 20th minute they opened the scoring with a shot by Gitersos (on … a rebound saved after Mustma’s first shot). And in the 35th minute Adam went on the counter-attack, creating the gap again from the right, giving Mustma, who with an excellent placed effort, made it 2-0 at half-time.
In the second 45 minutes, the visitors pressed, without making a substantial threat, however, with PAOK managing thegame lead well and creating at least three good chances for a third goal. In the 49th minute with Gitersos, in the 60th minute with Adam, in the 78th minute with Kanis on the line… Finally, the third goal came from Tsopouroglou in the 93rd minute, after Kanis’ assist.
PAOK B celebrated a vital victory, taking another step towards confirming their stay in the division.
