For for the February PAOK TV Play of the Month
Two outstanding assists, and an impressive double save, but only one PAOK TV Play of the Month award for February up for grabs. The choice is yours.
The first candidate play comes from Andrija Zivkovic . In the game against Celta at the Toumba Stadium, Zile produced a wonderful lofted pass in behind the visiting defense, picking out the run of Alexander Jeremejeff, who scored with a sublime volley on the move to put PAOK back in the game at 1-2.
The second contender is Antonis Tsiftsis . In the same match against Celta at the Toumba, the home goalkeeper made a brilliant double save in the 12th minute from Svedberg. First, he blocked the Swede’s shot into the lower left corner and then, when Svedberg looked to score from the rebound, Tsiftis stretched out his arms and saved the effort from close range.
Finally, Giorgos Giakoumakis is also a candidate. In the game against AEL in Larissa, Giannis Michailidis found the Greek forward on the left with an excellent long ball. Giakoumakis , from a difficult angle, sent a strong and precise cross into the six-yard box area, where Chatsidis scored with a prodded effort to make it 1-0 to PAOK.
