In 2014, he graduated from the Democritus University of Thrace with a degree in Physical Education, specializing in Sports Rehabilitation. A year later, he completed his Master’s degree in Exercise and Quality of Life. He further obtained another Master’s from the independent organization Football Science Institute (FSI) in Football Strength & Conditioning, and he also holds a UEFA B diploma.
He completed his internship at the Rehabilitation Laboratory of the Democritus University of Thrace before being hired by Xanthi FC, where he served as a rehabilitation coach. He played an active role within the technical staff, responsible for strength and conditioning programs as well as injury prevention. At the same time, he was in charge of full isokinetic evaluations for young athletes in the club’s Academy.
In 2017, he joined PAOK FC as part of Razvan Lucescu’s technical staff, taking on the role of rehabilitation coach and overseeing injury prevention and performance improvement programs. With PAOK, he celebrated three titles before following Razvan Lucescu to Al Hilal, where he worked as the team’s strength and rehabilitation coach.
In 2021, he returned to PAOK as Head Fitness Coach in Razvan Lucescu’s staff, celebrating once again by winning the 2023–24 Greek Super League championship.
He has also attended and participated in international conferences as a guest speaker. His name has appeared in oral presentations and scientific publications, and he has contributed to workshops as well.
