Recovery and fitness conditioning
The PAOK squad gathered on Sunday, less than 24 hours after the Volos game, to begin working towards the next challenge – the upcoming second leg of the UEFA Champions League Play Offs tie against Krasnodar.
Those players who were in the starting XI for the match at the Panthessaliko Stadium followed a program featuring winding-down and recuperation exercises in the swimming pool and the gym.
The rest of the group executed a session focused on fitness conditioning, with running drills, sprints, rondo and various games played within limited spaces.
Diego Biseswar completed the full session, while Karol Swiderski managed to complete most of it, and Rodrigo continued to train individually following his injury recovery program out on the training pitches and in the gym.
The Double-headed Eagle squad will be back in on Monday (28.09) for training at 17:00 at the Toumba.
