PAOK Action and K2 in Corfu for a good cause
As part of the PAOK’s collaboration with the organisation Hamogelo tou Paidiou (“The Child’s Smile”), the Double-headed Eagle and the club’s official furniture supplier K2 Contract Furniture visited a branch of the children’s charity in Corfu, offering help, support and plenty of smiles.
Over the years, PAOK have proved that the club never shys away from initiatives which provide immediate help and support to children in need.
And so, as part of PAOK Action’s collaboration with «Hamogelo tou Paidiou» (The Child’s Smile») and in cooperation with K2 Contract Furniture, another important support mission was accomplished at «Our House in Corfu», a place which offers hospitality to dozens of children for almost 20 years.
Through the excellent cooperation of all contracting entities for the implementation of the donation, K2 Contract Furniture completed the provision of furniture for all the daily needs of the hosted children, with PAOK on its part, giving many gifts to both the children hosted there as well as staff.
This initiative was another way which strengthens PAOK Action’s activities regarding childcare facilities, proving once again the priority that must be recognized to all children in the world in need. For us, their smiles are the biggest reward.
The PAOK family as a whole would like to congratulate once again the Hamogelo tou Paidiou for the work it has been doing all these years.
At the same time we would like to express our special thanks to K2 Contract Furniture for our excellent cooperation in a number of important projects, and for always remaining ready for even more initiatives in the near future.
Meet the house of Hamogelo tou Paidiou in Corfu
«Our house in Corfu» is a wonderful farm that offers a warm hug to the children of «Hamogelo tou Padiou» since 2001. The farm was donated by the Public Benefit Brotherhood of Magoulades, with the house dating from 1730.
