The squad for Larissa
The result of the first leg Greek Cup means that PAOK already have essentially one foot in the next round, but the second leg contest in Larissa is just as important as any other game for the club.
The match at the Alkazar presents an opportunity for the coaching team to include players who have not had a lot of playing time, while the aim is also to continue the team’s recent good performances.
The final training session started with the necessary warm-up featuring some running exercises and rondo, as well as some drills to exercise reflexes and reactions. After that, the players took part in a friendly match before ending the program with some work on set-pieces. Baba and Bradonjic trained for the first time with their new teammates.
Omar El Kaddoutri trained individually and received some treatment, and while he will miss out against Larissa, his injury knock is not considered serious, while Enea Mihaj continued his rehab training.
At the end of the session, the coaching team announced the squad, with Shinji Kagawa included for the first time. The squad in detail:
Paschalakis, Talichmanidis, Lyratzis, Rodrigo, Varela, Crespo, Michailidis, Pereira, Tsiggaras, Ninua, Kagawa, Schwab, Vrakas, Murg, Lamprou, Warda, Konstantelias , Α.Ζivkovic, Krmencik, Koutsias.
