Massimo Carcarino is a football coach with extensive experience as an Assistant Coach in both Serie A and Serie B.
During the 2017-2018 season, he joined the coaching staff of Benevento Calcio in Serie A. From 2018 to 2021, he continued his career with US Sassuolo Calcio, contributing to the club’s consistent performances in Italy’s top division.
In the 2023-2024 season, he worked as Assistant Coach at US Catanzaro in Serie B, before joining Frosinone Calcio for the 2024-2025 campaign. Since 2025, he has been a member of the coaching staff of Pescara Calcio in Serie B.
Massimo Carcarino holds the UEFA B Coaching Licence.
